I had a fantastic experience with ACCESS Hardware. I have very little knowledge when it comes to door hardware, but the team made everything easy to understand and stress-free. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and saved me a huge amount of money—what could have been a $400 replacement ended up being just a $14 repair thanks to his expertise. Hamish was also excellent, providing quick, friendly, and professional customer service throughout. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend.
