Ace Mobile Locksmiths

Ace Mobile Locksmiths has drawn a divided response from customers in Wollongong, with two earlier accounts praising quick, reliable work done in under fifteen minutes and a reasonable price, while a more recent customer describes a different experience. That reviewer sent photos to obtain a rough quote for a security lock, was told someone would attend to assess whether it could be fixed or required a costlier replacement, and reports that the locksmith spent under ten minutes on site, declined to take on the job and charged a service call-out fee that had not been mentioned during the earlier phone conversation.

The recurring theme across the feedback is the dispatch and quotation process rather than the standard of completed work, with speed and price satisfaction standing alongside the later account of an on-site assessment that ended without a repair and with an unexpected charge. The business handles security lock enquiries and on-site assessments, and the reviews suggest that customers value prompt attendance and clear costing, with the most recent account showing how the absence of that clarity affected one person's experience of the call-out.

Called the locksmith to get a quote on a security lock , sent photos , was given a rough price and said he'd send someone out to look at fixing it . He said they could either fix it or not fix it and then my choice on a more expensive solution . The guy came , was here less than 10 minutes and said he didn't want to take it on , then charged me $120 service call out fee , I was not told anything like this when we spoke on phone , scammers ! Went to another locksmith that did a free quote , charged less to actually fix the door lock

Arrived promptly, got the job done quickly and for a reasonable price.
