Active Safe Removals

Safe delivery and installation work dominates the feedback for this Brisbane business, with reviewers returning again and again to the physical care shown when heavy units are moved into position. A number of accounts describe a preliminary site visit where the planned job was set out before any lifting began, and note that vehicles were driven slowly to protect yards and surrounding surfaces. Staff members including Brandon, Pamela, Mandy, Amanda and Vlad are singled out by name for their courteous and capable approach, particularly when additional room or late changes had to be accommodated.

Customers recall relocations of several safes at once, among them units exceeding three tonnes, and describe the process as quick, assured and free of stress. New and pre-owned safes are said to be held in stock, delivery is reported as part of the arrangement, and the pricing is described as keen. Communication throughout the job features regularly in the accounts, as does the pace at which installations were finished. Crews are credited with handling awkward tasks without difficulty, and repeat business is common.

We cannot recommend Active Safe Removals enough. From the very first phone call to the installation of our safe, their service was beyond exceptional. As a family owned business they take immense pride in their services and went above and beyond in every aspect. We cannot thank you enough.

Active Safe Removals provided an incredibly great customer service experience for me and my company that helps with autistic orphans, and did the work fast, efficient, confident and stress-free. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some amazing work with cheap prices.

Been dealing with Brandon for over 10years now. They go above and beyond to help installing and buying the right safe for what you need it for. They have so many used and new safes in stock and there price includes delivery. Prices are Harf of what you would pay from the smaller company’s as they turn so much over. Keep up the good work boys.

Highly recommend Active Safe Removals. The care they took in delivering and positioning the safe was 5 star ⭐️ service. The men were very polite and it was a pleasure to have them help with the safe. You need a safe moved, please call them, you will not be disappointed.

Incredibly impressed. I could not be happier with the customer service, professionalism and skills that Brendan and the team delivered for me at short notice. Removing a 2.5 tonne bank/jewelry safe from a wall, outside of working hours in a matter of minutes in a busy CBD location, and working around a tight schedule to achieve this. Responsive, great value, friendly team and made incredibly light and fast work of a tricky, heavy job. The guys are absolute professionals and I would highly recommend their services. Outstanding. Thanks again team.

We have used Safe Removalist’s to move previously from Sydney to Melbourne they were great! We chose them again and our move to Brisbane has once again been efficiently and safely completed! Vlad and his Team were very helpful and very professional.
