Cobbler Rd Shoe Repairs

Wagga Wagga customers keep returning to Cobbler Rd Shoe Repairs for a range of jobs that goes well beyond footwear. Shoe and boot repairs stand out, with one account describing a fifteen-year-old pair of elastic sided boots sent away and returned looking close to new, and another where a handbag strap was not only mended but reinforced with stronger loops. Key cutting and personalised engraving, including names on drink bottles and a necklace completed the same day, feature often in feedback.

Reviewers repeatedly single out Mick and Hayley by name for friendly, accommodating service, and several describe how quickly jobs are turned around, even arranging postage for an out-of-town customer before Christmas. The quality of engraving and repair work is described as careful and precise, and staff are praised for tidying up work originally done elsewhere. Gifts bought in store, including jewellery for a birthday, are mentioned alongside the repair side of the business, with customers noting they have relied on the shop for years for both. A recurring theme is the willingness to help with urgent requests, such as a last-minute Valentine's job, handled without fuss.

I came through to have a couple of gifts laser engraved, although they were busy - I explained that I was in a hurry and had a busy day, they fast tracked my job and got it done for me within the hour ! Great customer service! They also did a great job with the engraving! Highly recommend

posted my 15 yr old elastic sided boots for a revamp, came back within a week in absolutely near new condition. Highly recommend this Cobbler.

Incredible service, the staff are so friendly & helpful. They had my engraving on two items done the same day and beautifully gift wrapped them for me.

Mick & Hayley - Thank you for looking after my grandparents, Your generosity and old school service with care was very much appreciated.

I have travelled to my family's in Griffith just before Xmas, from the northern beaches in Sydney, and desperately needed my heels fixed., I had to get them sent to mick@cobbler Rd in Wagga which is over 2 hours away from where I am, AND told them that I really needed my shoes before Xmas . They were more than happy to help me out, fix them straight away and even post them to me the same day!! I'm "Totally Impressed". with such care, and service. 👍

Hayley, Mick and the Team, Matt and I want to deeply thank you, for not only your recent help, but over the years we have always come to you for the precious gifts we have wanted to give at the hardest times. You have always gone above and beyond everytime and though this is years overdue and we want everyone to know just how amazing you all are. ❤️ Rom and Matt.

Awesome generous business, from out of town and they punched a few holes in my oversized belt no charge. Could not be more happy with the service. Waited 90 seconds for the whole job to be done. Great work
