Steve gave us absolutely BRILLIANT service. I was at a cafe, and unknown to me, someone accidenally picked up my keys and left before I did. So I thought I'd lost my keys - couldn't find them anywhere - car parked in street locked. Got RACQ to open car, but no keys in the car. Steve came the next morning within a few hours of my call, and had a shiny new (Audi) key programmed after a couple of hours. Just before he finished I got a call from the cafe that my bunch of keys had been handed in by the very apologetic patron !!! So anyway, now I have two keys instead of living dangerously woth only one key like I had been LOL!

I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. About midday on a Friday the ignition lock on my 25 year old Holden failed. I rang Steve from Door2Door and by mid afternoon he had everything fixed and I was back on the road. Efficient, friendly, turned up exactly at the time he said he would and had it fixed exactly to the minute that he said he would! How good is that? Not something that happens that often these days.
