Ison Lock and Key

Work on locks, keys and urgent lockouts recurs throughout accounts of this Nowra business, where the technician Brad is named again and again. More than one customer describes emergency call-outs handled without fuss, including a granny flat lock changed out of hours and a house re-keyed after keys went astray, with arrival promised within the hour and kept. Reviews regularly refer to punctuality, noting that Brad turned up when arranged, including for a difficult job solved on the spot in about fifteen minutes.

The standard of the finished work is a point that comes up often, whether drilling out camp trailer locks and cutting replacement keys, re-keying a home or fitting new hardware, with jobs described as completed efficiently and to a high standard. Pricing is raised as reasonable, and one account notes that payment was refused in particularly difficult circumstances. Communication stands out too, with phone contact reassuring customers in stressful moments and follow-through after the work was done. Politeness, a friendly manner and a strong work ethic are tied to the named technician, alongside capable advice when a problem needs working out.

I appreciated the promptness, efficiency and pricing.

Brad arrived right on time for a difficult job. He worked out a solution and within 15 minutes had fixed the problem. He is a very capable and polite tradesperson. Wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend.

We called Brad From Ison locksmiths to change a lock on our granny flat door, after our main home had been burnt down - it was urgent, as there was a key missing for the flat! Brad response was to turn up out of hours, changed bookings to fit us in and was amazing - efficient, capable, selfless and completed the job in no time at all. When payment was offered - Brad refused due to the circumstances. Can not recommend Brad from ISON Locksmiths highly enough - really knows his business and his generosity to our situation brought us to tears!
