Key Point Locksmiths

Lock replacement and emergency lock opening are the services Adelaide customers most often highlight, and the technician known as Nico or Nicko draws consistent praise across the feedback. Customers writing about their orders describe his arrival as prompt, with one noting he reached the property within fifteen minutes, and several accounts note that the work was completed quickly without any loss of quality. The standard of the finished result comes up often, whether a replacement was carried out or a lock was opened, with the job described as smooth and efficient.

Clear communication is another theme: customers note that he turns up when he says he will and that he takes time to explain the available options before proceeding, which leaves them feeling fully informed rather than rushed. His manner is described as friendly, professional and easy to deal with, and the pricing is characterised as fair for the service provided. The advice given is valued as practical and genuinely helpful, particularly when customers are unsure which option suits their door. Several people indicate they would call on him again, and the willingness to explain and advise rather than simply complete the task stands out in the accounts.
