Koala Locksmith Sydney

Rapid response and dependable workmanship are the themes that surface most often in feedback on this Glebe locksmith. Reviews time and again describe tradespeople arriving within a short window of a call, sometimes within half an hour, and resolving lockouts, failed mechanisms and multiple locks on the spot. Jake and Ethan are named in several accounts, with Ethan singled out for reviving an antiquated dead lock and for choosing the most economical approach when several locks needed attention. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is pricing: quotes given over the phone are honoured on arrival and described as honest, reasonable and, in one case, a fraction of what another provider had quoted.

Communication before and after the job draws consistent praise, from answered calls and clear explanations of the work to instructions being followed on parking. Customers also note tidiness and courtesy, and the speed of the service, with one restaurant operator in Glebe describing a lost key being sorted within twenty minutes and the business back up and running the same morning. Emergency and non-urgent jobs alike are handled with the same efficiency, and the absence of hassle runs through almost every account.

I highly recommend Ethan - he was punctual, knowledgeable and very friendly!

They arrived within 20 minutes, quickly resolved the issue, and had us back up and running in no time. Their pricing was very affordable, and the technician was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the whole process. Ethan was so helpful and after calling, they reached and helped me to get into the unit within 30 minutes! Amazing work and really nice.

Good and quick responsive - came within 15 to 20 min. Professional and easy to deal with. They charge per lock which I wish they had clarified but the rate ended up about the same as another legit locksmith I cross checked with.

Really great service from Ethan. He fixed multiple locks and really tried to do it the most cost effective solution for me. Arrived on time. Friendly service and I would highly recommend for urgent and non urgent work.

Highly recommend Koala Locksmiths. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced for a lockout call out. They turned a stressful situation into a good one! Jake was so kind and professional and exactly who you want to see arrive to help you. I’ve previously had an awful experience with a different company so was elated with the outcome of this one. Will be saving the number incase and recommending in future! Thank you!

On a Friday night after hours my lock gave in. Jake from Koala Locksmith Sydney arrived in no time and fixed the problem in no time. I thought it would cost me a lot of money. But it was very reasonable. I’m very happy and I feel safe.
