Called these guys about an issue I was having with my car fob and central locking not working. I was told it would likely be that the key needed recoding. Instead of getting me to come in to get the job done they gave me a call and provided me with a possible fix. I was able to sort it myself. Great advice and super friendly/helpful. Called at 7pm freaking out and Ben was amazing! Absolutely incredible! Got here really quickly and was extremely lovely! Let me into my place in literally less than a minute!! Thought I was going to be sleeping on my front lawn for the night and yet I was reduced! Highly highly recommend especially if you a little clumsy like me and forget to wedge something in the door to keep it open!

I had an emergency lockout today when my room door slammed shut due to strong wind while the window was open, and the keys provided by the agency couldn’t unlock the door. I called Lock Safe, and they were so kind and reassuring on the phone. I was told someone would arrive within 30 minutes, but Ben Davis (Director of Lock Safe) arrived in just 10–15 minutes! Ben handled everything so professionally and calmly. He unlocked the door quickly, made a spare key for me, and even checked other door locks to prevent this from happening again. He kindly taped the lock to stop it from accidentally locking, which I really appreciated. The best part was that Ben contacted my property agency on my behalf and arranged the payment directly with them, so I didn’t have to stress about the cost at all.
