Look i spoke to wayne from this company he was great theres another store nearby they were nice but wayne got me exactly what i need and gave me all the information i needed and advise me on the best way to do it ,, i seen him 10am at 2 pm he sent out a young guy i didnt get his name what a beautiful guy he was nothing was a problem he tackled it great money was great to not that expensive to come change the screen door mechanism ,, paid him and off he went ,, thank you wayne ,, great customer service you wont be disappointed

Bought two solid wood core external doors to find they had $20 locks on them. Thank you Steven and Louis for explaining internal component failure and poor standard of locks on doors. Replaced with best on the market. Thank you guys.

I had to replace the ECM of my 2004 Subaru cause it's failing. And it got the immobilizer lockout. I booked inn to Mackay & Whitsunday Locksmith to program and register my current key to the new ECM. Without any doubt, Ben helped me to program it within 10 minutes. Good work and good price, thanks team.

Both Ben & Ash incredible helpful, They managed to cut a excavator key base off the key code i supplied. Key suit the machine and work perfect. Had the key ready in 30 mins.
