Magen Locksmiths

Homeowners locked out of their properties, tenants needing new locks and residents after key replacements are the situations reviewers most often describe in St Kilda East and nearby Melbourne suburbs. A number of customers describe Gad as quick to respond, frequently attending the same day a call is made, with entry gained within moments of his arrival. Punctuality, friendliness and a professional manner come up repeatedly, alongside appreciation for clear explanations before work starts and fair pricing that is quoted upfront, without separate call-out charges or unexpected additions.

The standard of the finished job is a recurring theme, whether locks are installed, keys are cut on the spot or a door is opened during a lockout. Reviewers also note that work areas are left tidy, with clean-up after installation, and that the process runs efficiently from the first phone call to completion. Gad is named often for his polite and respectful approach, his patience in explaining the options and his calm handling of stressful situations. Customers frequently remark that he treats each job with care and leaves them confident enough to keep his number on hand for future lockouts.

Gad’s service was great! We were in our home less than 1 minute after arrival. Hugely appreciated

Came the same day we called, on a weekend, very efficient and quality work, gave us new keys very quickly, and extremely friendly.

Gad did an incredible job. Called him out for an emergency on a Sunday afternoon, and he was there within 5 minutes. Thanks so much!
