Mandurah Lock Service

Mandurah locksmith customers describe a service built on practical know-how and genuine helpfulness, with staff members Shannon and Jay-Dee singled out for their knowledge and courteous manner. A recurring theme is the readiness to go further than expected: one account covers three separate visits to sort out a car key that failed later the same day, while another recalls a vandalised lock repaired because no replacement was on hand, with a new key cut alongside it.

The work customers bring in spans urgent car door lock and key problems, spare keys for ageing padlocks, and guidance on choosing the right product for a task without steering anyone towards the dearest option. Promptness features throughout, including a quick response to a call and an appointment fitted into a busy workshop schedule. Reviewers value the sound advice and the tailored solutions offered, and the friendly, professional way the team deals with people.

Charges are widely described as reasonable and fair for the effort involved, including a fiddly repair completed for a modest sum. Clear explanation of how a fault would be tackled, and the care taken to keep things tidy, also earn praise. The consistent impression is of a team giving routine key and lock jobs the same attention as emergencies, which leaves customers comfortable returning and passing the name on.

My car door key wouldn't work and needed a emergency fix. Rang JD over the weekend, he explained to me how they would fix it and fitted me in on Monday morning during a busy day at the workshop. Fixed the issue and now have spares so it won't happen again. Fantastic old school service 5 stars rating.

Jay-Dee was great, on time polite and provided professional service. I highly recommend booking the team.

Very happy with the service from Mandurah Lock Service. Shannon was wonderful. Highly recommend

Best locksmiths in town. The walk in service is great and the in-home is even better. Highly recommend these guys, I have used them several times

Quality of service, advice and fit for purpose solution offered was handled extremely well and efficient and friendly and I felt they offered a good product/s to do what I needed without going for the most expensive!!

Arrived on time and with great manner and enthusiasm. 😀 After demonstrating how my key doesn't work, it took about 4 seconds to show me how it did. Great service with a laugh. Brad, Halls Head
