Mister Minit Gladstone Centre Plaza

Key duplication and engraving sit at the centre of what customers describe at this Gladstone outlet, with watch battery replacement and fob programming also featuring in accounts of visits. Several reviewers highlight the speed of the work, describing keys cut and batteries swapped within minutes, and a replacement car fob cut and programmed while they waited. The quality of finished work comes up repeatedly, particularly for engraving on gifts such as hip flasks and a milestone birthday present, where the layout and the final result are described as precise and carefully executed.

Named staff attract consistent praise: Paul is credited with confirming a job could be done and completing it promptly, Luke with custom laser work and a reassuring manner, while Brandon and Brendan are singled out for attentive service and quick turnaround on key repairs. Customers also mention the willingness of the team to accommodate requests and add thoughtful touches to a job. Personalised items, including keychains and engraved keepsakes, and programmed vehicle keys recur as the tasks that leave people most impressed.

Needed a whole new fob for my amarok, called in and spoke to Paul. He confirmed he could do the job, was able to cut and program a new one and had me out the door in 20mins. Very professional service and couldn't recommend them any higher.
