Enquired about getting a lock put on my electricity meter box and hoping it might get done in week or so. Had it installed two hours later! Very happy with the responsive service.

Excellent service and great price. I had my keys stolen while travelling Australia for my land cruiser and On The Spot Locksmiths helped me with making new keys and changing the locks even though I gave them such short notice. They even managed to make new keys for my slide out draws which was awesome. Quick service and very friendly team willing to help!! Thank you on the spot locksmiths!!

I was having issues with my front door lock and got in contact with On The Spot Locksmiths. They were able to promptly come out and fix the lock for me. Excellent service !! I would definitely go to them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family !!

I have used On The Spot Locksmiths twice now to replace the cheap, broken gate latches supplied by another contractor. After talking to them on the phone and sending pictures of the specific issue (there were also clearance issues with the original latches), Matt the locksmith attended my property and has replaced both latches on my PA gate and my double gate with a much more robust design which also resolved the clearance issues. The cost was quite reasonable for the product provided, the labor involved, and the prompt attendance. Matt was very helpful, understanding, and professional.He arrived on time on both occasions he attended and worked steadily and quickly. Payment was easy by card on site. I am very impressed by the problem solving skills of the guys at On The Spot Locksmiths and have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again.

The most disturbing customer service I have ever received. I will stay far, far away from this business. How they are still in business with the way the bloke talks down on customers, especially females…is beyond me. Clearly one sad man. A big thank you to the team. My car key fob buttons were practically worn to destruction due to wear and tear throughout the ages. They made a new fob and key. Great work. Looks brand new. Works flawlessly. Realistic pricing. And more importantly, I no longer have to worry about whether I'll be able to open my car due to worn buttons.
