Rechenberg Security & Locksmiths

Car key replacement and ignition repair feature prominently among the work described by customers of this Bundaberg locksmith, with several reviewers noting that jobs were completed far faster than expected and that pricing for the work was reasonable. Liam is named for his assistance with a replacement flip key and a Falcon ignition barrel, while Karl is singled out for installing surveillance equipment and then taking the time to explain how the system operates, an approach that reviewers describe as knowledgeable and methodical.

Emergency garage door opening also appears, with the response handled promptly and without charge for the small job. A recurring theme across the accounts is the professional and friendly manner of the team, including Michael, and the guidance offered before any purchase, with one long-standing business customer noting that advice prevented money being spent on locks for an unsuitable door.

The company is also described as thorough when installing special door locks, ensuring everything functioned correctly, and several accounts note that staff left the site neat and were easy to have around. Surveillance installation and technical instruction, car key cutting, ignition work and the fitting of security products to residential and commercial premises are the services most often discussed, alongside the politeness and work ethic of those who attended.

Exceeded expectations. Very professional approach. Their guidance meant we didn’t waste money fitting locks to an inferior door. Then they went above and beyond by assisting with the new door while constrained by tight timelines. We happily refer the team to others and would definitely use them again. Thank you to all involved.

My mum recently had to have Rechenberg out to help open her garage roller door . It was apparently an easy fix and they didn’t charge her. Thanks so much for doing this! It’s a huge relief to us that Mum has trusted businesses like yours to help when needed and to also cut her a break on a small job. She’s lived in Bundaberg almost 50 years and would only ever call Rechenberg for this type of job as they’ve business has been around so long that the name is trusted !

We had Karl at our place today installing surveillance. He was a pleasure to have on site, worked like a Trojan, then helped us with a technical session on how to operate things. He put in a huge day and left after dark. Great rep for the company!!

Excellent service by Karl. Knowledgeable, hard working, neat job and easy to have around

Our history with Rechenberg Security began with my first family home in 2015. Since then, they have been the shield for our family and our growth. We trusted them with our first business location in 2017, and eventually with my first personal home in 2025. They have protected us through our most terrifying moments: May 19, 2024 (1:00 AM): A break-in at my family home. October 11, 2025 (12:00 AM): A break-in at my personal home. November 1, 2025 (10:45 PM): An attempted arson at one of our business locations. From my grandparents being attacked in 2020 to me being held at gunpoint in 2023, Rechenberg has literally saved our lives. Beyond responding to crises, they help us identify any and all issues before they escalate. We work directly with them to engineer solutions that limit and prevent risks across all 19 Steven&leinvestmenthouse locations in Queensland. I officially took over the business on January 29, 2026. As we now expand into NSW, ACT, and Melbourne, Rechenberg remains our only choice for back-to-base security. They aren't just a security company; they are the partners who ensure we are still here to build our future."

Our autistic son lost our key to our VW Amarok. Jack came to fix a job another locksmith in town could not complete. He knew what parts were needed, got them priority posted, and made the car work so we could get to our daughter’s wedding. Professional , friendly and amazing. Would recommend Jack to anyone. Only car locksmith in town I would recommend.
