Safes Galore

Safes Galore in Rowville draws consistent praise from shoppers setting up a new store, households buying a first safe and people replacing a doorknob, who describe an easy business to deal with. Various customers describe the order process as hassle-free, with prompt replies and delivery that reviewers frequently point to as timely. Pricing attracts regular praise as affordable or good value, a point that comes up often alongside the quality of the safes themselves.

Practical advice stands out in accounts, particularly on installing a safe, as does the range of locks in the display room, where children have been gifted small items. Trish is singled out for her role in supplying a safe for a store opening, with reviewers describing her as lovely and flexible when the opening date did not go to plan. The safes are described as high quality and Australian-made, and staff service is appreciated across the accounts, leaving the impression of knowledgeable employees, fair prices and a product range that meets expectations built over years of purchases.

Just got my safe from Safes Galore. Order process was easy. Safe was a good price. Great company to deal with. :-)

I recently made a purchase of two safes and initially had a positive impression of the service I received. However, upon opening one of the safes, it became clear that I had chosen the wrong model and should have gone for a larger one. The shop was closed for about three weeks, and I was looking forward to returning and talking to the friendly owner who had helped me before. Unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. I explained my situation and asked about the possibility of exchanging the unused safe, which was still in brand-new condition, and paying the difference for the larger model. Unfortunately, they declined my request, citing that I had already opened the box. I even proposed covering any extra costs associated with repackaging, but they remained firm in their "No" response. It was disappointing to encounter a lack of willingness to assist and a somewhat confrontational attitude from the owner. Considering my initial intention to support a local business, I find this customer service experience disheartening. For those who may find themselves in a similar situation, I would suggest considering other options for your needs.

Drove 40 minutes to come buy a safe yet it was closed even though Google said they were open and even the website didn't mention it. Very unprofessional.

Such a great business, the first day I went to have a look at the range of safes the lady gave my 2 year old a little bag of lollies out of kindness. The next day I went back to buy and pick up the safe my 5 year old loved the locks so much in the display room that the gentlemen gifted him one. Such great explanation and information on installing and having a safe also. Highly recommend
