Safes Galore

Just got my safe from Safes Galore. Order process was easy. Safe was a good price. Great company to deal with. :-)

I recently made a purchase of two safes and initially had a positive impression of the service I received. However, upon opening one of the safes, it became clear that I had chosen the wrong model and should have gone for a larger one. The shop was closed for about three weeks, and I was looking forward to returning and talking to the friendly owner who had helped me before. Unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. I explained my situation and asked about the possibility of exchanging the unused safe, which was still in brand-new condition, and paying the difference for the larger model. Unfortunately, they declined my request, citing that I had already opened the box. I even proposed covering any extra costs associated with repackaging, but they remained firm in their "No" response. It was disappointing to encounter a lack of willingness to assist and a somewhat confrontational attitude from the owner. Considering my initial intention to support a local business, I find this customer service experience disheartening. For those who may find themselves in a similar situation, I would suggest considering other options for your needs.

Drove 40 minutes to come buy a safe yet it was closed even though Google said they were open and even the website didn't mention it. Very unprofessional.

Such a great business, the first day I went to have a look at the range of safes the lady gave my 2 year old a little bag of lollies out of kindness. The next day I went back to buy and pick up the safe my 5 year old loved the locks so much in the display room that the gentlemen gifted him one. Such great explanation and information on installing and having a safe also. Highly recommend

Trish at safes galore helped in the providing the safe for one of our opening store. She was absolutely lovely and flexible considering not everything went to plan with our opening date.
