Solar City Locksmiths

Campers, car owners and households around Shepparton have shared accounts of work carried out by Solar City Locksmiths, and a consistent thread runs through them: resourcefulness when a situation looks difficult. Motorists locked out of vehicles, including one stranded while camping, describe staff persisting with several approaches before resorting to drilling a canopy lock, and sourcing replacement parts afterwards. Several customers note that a self-installed smart lock and a broken home lock were diagnosed on site, with the fault explained clearly before any work began.

Punctuality and communication come up often, with reviewers mentioning updates while waiting on parts and warnings shortly before arrival. Keegan and Jeremy are named for after-hours lock changes and lock and door repairs, and the friendly, professional manner of the team is described repeatedly. Caravan owners and drivers needing replacement keys report quick turnaround once a job was booked. Tidiness, fair quotes and a calm approach under pressure are recurring themes, alongside genuine care for people in stressful situations. Advice on smart locks and door hardware is another point that comes up, with customers saying problems were resolved without unnecessary replacement.

I was not even your customer, but my front yard is not your private turning circle!!! Right up to my side gate and under my window! Up the gutter, across the footpath and over both sides of the grass - when 3/4 of the carpark was empty!! If the carpark with its empty spaces was still too tight for ya to turn the trailer, either unhitch and do it manually or consider not driving with it! How dare you?!? The sheer gall and height of un-professionalism.. Rude mate, very rude...

Fast, efficient, well priced, especially after bunnings stuffed it up TWICE IN ROW.

The whole experience was just fantastic so helpful friendly, excellent work done, thank you all so much.

I had an amazing experience with Solar City Locksmiths today, as they gave us a good service in a timely fashion, and exceptional communication. Details: I called Solar Locksmiths to fix a smartlock I had installed myself incorrectly, they explained they’re booked out for the day but would try to fix my problem before the day ends, and later informed me 30 minutes before arrival. Upon arrival, Jeremy identified the issue with my lock and door and explained it to me. Thank you Jeremy for taking the time to explain it to me and fix it. After today, I’ll definitely contact them when I need them again but I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

great experience!! fast, helpful and super friendly staff. easy to communicate with over the phone and were very flexible working with our schedule. couldn’t recommend more!! thanks guys 😊

Had the pleasure of using the team to fix a broken lock at home. The service was excellent—they kept me updated while waiting for the part to arrive, and I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. Really great team to deal with!

Absolutely 100% best service guaranteed. Keegan came out last minute after hours to change all the locks of the house, no complaints, friendly service and quickly done, complete professionalism, friendly smile and great attitude.
