24H Locksmiths

When Melbourne residents lock themselves out or need a smart lock fitted, the technician Ofek is the name that surfaces again and again in accounts of the work carried out by 24H Locksmiths. A point made in several accounts is how quickly he reaches the property, with several people describing being back inside their homes within fifteen to thirty minutes of making contact, whether the cause was a failed handle and lock set on an entry door or a jammed bathroom door. Reviews time and again mention that he explains each step, works efficiently and checks that everything is operating correctly before he leaves.

Upfront quotes and reasonable pricing are described as standard, and one older customer notes a pensioner discount applied without being asked. Smart lock installation is characterised as smooth and tidy, with the work treated as professional from the first call through to completion. Friendliness and patience during stressful lockouts run through the feedback, along with the impression that he knows his trade and does not leave people waiting. What stays with customers is prompt attendance and courteous, capable workmanship across both emergency entries and planned lock upgrades.

Ofek was super efficient, friendly and effective when coming out to help me get back into my house (locked myself out). He got the job done in a timely manner and knew what he was talking about.

Quick and reliable service. Helped changed the locks on my house.

Very happy with the technician Ofek, who attended my locked bathroom door problem. He was prompt, very polite and he was very professional in giving me a pensioner discount.
