Access Hardware Adelaide

Key safes, door hardware and locks supplied by this Adelaide business feature throughout customer accounts, which describe a smooth process from the first enquiry through to the finished order. Several reviewers highlight the depth of product knowledge on the team, with Tim singled out for advice that turned a costly replacement into a minor repair, while Hamish and Ash are named for prompt, friendly and professional help at the counter.

A point made in several accounts is the standard of the goods themselves, from key safes to door hardware, which arrive well packed and match their descriptions. Reviews time and again mention quick turnaround on orders, clear communication about quotes and deliveries, and a fair price for the work, including repeat jobs for apartment buildings.

The team's willingness to explain unfamiliar hardware in plain terms is described as making projects stress-free, and the same care is said to apply whether the job involves a single item or a larger order. Customers also note that professional advice comes as standard, with the business understanding the pressures its trade clients face and responding accordingly, while one account mentions limited parking at the premises. Repeat work for apartment buildings is a recurring theme.

Friendly staff and very useful, very little car park spaces tho.

I had a fantastic experience with ACCESS Hardware. I have very little knowledge when it comes to door hardware, but the team made everything easy to understand and stress-free. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and saved me a huge amount of money—what could have been a $400 replacement ended up being just a $14 repair thanks to his expertise. Hamish was also excellent, providing quick, friendly, and professional customer service throughout. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend.

Ordered and came really quickly; boxed well to protect items thanks

Quick delivery. Item was exactly as described on website.

Drew on the cash sales/front counter is fantastic! Excellent service and care. Efficient and knowledgeable. What a star! (Marino & glos builders)
