ALX

Apartment and home lock-outs bring this locksmith's name up again and again, with several customers describing call-outs that resolved the situation within minutes of making contact. Ethan is named repeatedly, praised for arriving quickly, dismantling front door locks to pinpoint the fault and setting out the likely costs before any replacement work began. A recurring point is that pricing was explained clearly upfront, including the cost of sourcing a replacement lock that was not readily available, and that the finished workmanship was of a high standard.

A patio sliding door lock and a deadbolt are among the specific jobs described, with customers noting that faults were diagnosed and repaired promptly rather than left unresolved. Communication features often, with customers describing being walked through each step and understanding what they were paying for. The service is characterised as efficient, friendly and reliable, and the company is described as responsive when contacted at short notice, including late at night. What stands out across the feedback is a swift response, a clear explanation of costs and a lock left working properly.

Great experience, called on a Saturday and was fast acting and got the job done, couldn’t recommend enough.

Very responsive and friendly service. Ethan is very professional and they are located close by, and managed to get an appointment within half an hour. ALX has saved me from a round around from another locksmith also close by, and my patio slide lock is now fixed for my piece of mind. Many thanks guys! Keep the good service for the locals..

Great service. Ethan had to go get a replacement lock, which was not readily available. He had it fixed and ready to go with high quality workmanship.
