Blakies Locksmiths

Mildura motorists dealing with lock and key emergencies have a dependable local option in Blakies Locksmiths, and the theme that runs through the feedback is speed of response. Several customers describe calling about a broken ignition barrel or keys that would not open or start the car, and having the problem attended to within the hour or less. The technician named most often is Dion, praised for a friendly and enthusiastic manner and for persisting when a replacement part took time to source, including obtaining the correct codes and fitting a new barrel.

Reviewers repeatedly mention fair, competitive pricing relative to other options in the region, with key duplication and programming to a customer-supplied blank cited as examples. The work is commonly described as hassle-free, professional and efficient, sometimes completed in minutes, and the willingness to travel to the vehicle's location comes up often. One account tells of a customer who cancelled after solving the problem themselves and was not charged for the time. The recurring picture is of fast, capable help with car key and lock troubles, handled without fuss.

⭐ Blakies Locksmiths – Absolute Lifesaver! Absolutely fantastic service. My car had been stuck right outside my Total Car Detailing business after the ignition barrel was badly damaged deliberately – and unbelievably, I was even wrongly blamed for the damage myself. I had no idea what to do next. It took a while to find the right replacement part, but Blakies stuck with it, got all the correct codes, fitted the new barrel perfectly, and finally got my car running again. Great bloke, reliable, and went above and beyond. Thank you so much mate! 👍
