Terrible service, I made two appointments with Ian. First one, he never even turned up and no communication to say he wasn’t coming. Gave him a second chance, “oh yeah sorry was flat out” was the excuse. Had my number though. So I made a second appointment for 8.30am and waited until 8.45am, again no communication at all even after sending him a message to check he was still coming. I had to leave for work. Got a message at 9.20am to say “I’m here, are you still there? No mate, I’m not. Ian’s time is obviously more important than mine. Don’t bother contacting City to Surf. Terry’s Locksmiths looked after me with prompt and professional service which is all I was after. Cheers Ian

Ian is a good operator, turned up on time to supply me a new key fob. The key looks oem and very well riced for a home key service. Highly recommend!!

I had very limited availability and couldn’t meet him at my car, but when I could, it was all done and I was greeted with a friendly face. So easy and efficient process, great to do business with!

I paid for 2 copies in 5 months ago and they didn't work. I called and text Ian many times and still can't get them fixed. Also asked for my money back and had no reply. It's really sad that no one else can make copies and Ian won't reply my texts or fix the keys.
