CTS Locksmiths

Prompt attendance and dependable workmanship stand out across the accounts of this Sunshine Coast locksmith business. A number of customers describe emergency call-outs for lost car keys, with Larry arriving quickly and cutting replacements on the spot, including one instance where new keys were made within about an hour of the first call. Reviewers frequently point to Brad, who fitted a deadlock on a garage door and attended at short notice, and both names come up in connection with courteous, professional service.

Key cutting, including mobile work carried out in a customer's driveway, is a regular subject, alongside re-keying a whole house after a break-in and replacing stolen car keys. Communication before and during jobs draws consistent approval, as does the care taken to leave the work area clean and tidy. Pricing is often raised as fair, with a discount noted for cutting multiple keys. Emergency phone guidance and quick problem solving also feature in the accounts, with one customer describing how a lock issue was talked through on the phone before an on-site visit, and the work repeatedly involves both car keys and household security hardware.

Excellent service. I had my front door lock changed. I would highly recommend.

Called about every place on the sunny coast and was turned down at every call until I called Brad at CTS Locksmith’s. He came on his day off with little notice and helped me out when no one else could lifesavers. Thank you CTS and Thank you so much Brad 🙏

Called up late night but showed up in 30 min. Plus guy made me a spare key for free. Best of best.

Very quick friendly and helpful.

Required dead lock on garage door. Brad fitted it- was prompt, polite and professional. I would certainly recommend Brad, and CTS Locksmiths. John

Larry from CTS did a wonderful job at replacing our old front door lock with a new digital lock. He spent time with us explaining its many functions and ensuring that we were comfortable with its operation. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone needing a new front door lock.
