East Coast Locksmiths

Port Macquarie customers describe East Coast Locksmiths as a dependable local business whose staff handle lock problems quickly and without fuss. A recurring theme across the feedback is punctuality: reviews regularly refer to that someone arrived fast after a call, whether for a broken front door lock, a lockout at home or a snapped key that other businesses declined to examine. Customers name several team members, including Josh, Trevor, Josef and Anthony, and the same praise attaches to each of them – politeness, a willingness to explain the fault in plain terms and a patient walk through the available options.

Josh is singled out for going beyond the expected by crafting a custom, sturdier screw for an older front door lock rather than simply replacing the whole mechanism. The quality of the finished work and the recoding of locks at a new home are described as thorough, while pricing is called reasonable and fair. Reviewers also value advice and clear communication before and after the job, tidy workmanship, and the speed with which problems are sorted. Fast response and a fix on the spot recur throughout the accounts.

the only guys willing to look at a roof top pod key that had snaped. fixed on the spot, 10/10 would recommend!

A huge shout out to this company's professionalism and for being so prompt for an elderly father who locked himself out of his house. They drove all the way from Port Macq to Kempsey on a Sat night. Highly recommend. One very happy customer and a very heartfelt thank you.
