Geraldton Lock & Key

In Geraldton, Geraldton Lock & Key has earned a reputation through the recurring themes of speed, courtesy and fair dealing that run through customer accounts. Several reviewers describe being helped within minutes, including a motorist who was back inside a vehicle roughly twenty minutes after making contact, and an after-hours call that drew the same professionalism as a weekday job.

Praise for the team is frequent and specific: Travis and Mat are named for their polite and efficient manner, while JB is credited with replacing a broken key shell in a matter of minutes. A theme running through the feedback is the reasonable cost of work, with customers noting that charges came in below what they had budgeted. Reviewers also value the care taken beyond the immediate task, such as locks being serviced, door tracks cleaned out and loose fittings tightened so that doors ran smoothly afterwards.

Others mention having keys cut and tested on the spot, batteries changed, and staff taking time to explain options and locate the right parts. The steady impression is of a helpful, knowledgeable outfit that handles emergency call-outs, key duplication and general lock work, from vehicle keys to household locks, with the same attentive approach.

Just had my land cruiser work on today great service old guy there fixed my problem highly Recommended to anyone great service

Wasn't happy with our visit this morning

A key for my Commodore in 2020 cost $60 now it’s $200 . Do the math…if there is only one locksmith in Geraldton?

Just brilliant - friendly, professional and got us back into our vehicle 20 mins after of calling. Highly recommend. Thanks so much!

I strongly recommend contacting JCI Locksmiths before even considering this company. After a very frustrating experience here, I ended up going with them instead and received far better service and pricing. I originally contacted this company during normal business hours and was given a quote which I agreed to. However, due to delays on their end, the price later quadrupled because the job had supposedly become “out of hours.” I called with plenty of time for the job to be completed within business hours, so the increase was entirely due to their own delays, not mine. To make matters worse, I was also told there were no other locksmiths in the area, which turned out to be completely untrue. On top of that, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Overall, a really disappointing experience. I would definitely recommend people get other quotes first.

Really lovely service, kind and friendly staff, really helpful and would highly recommend them. They changed my key batteries, helped me find things I was looking for and they are a reminder, there is still humanity and kindness in the world. Made my day. Great staff and excellent service. 👏

Excellent service, Travis was very polite and efficient. I have had previous dealings with Geraldton lock and key and they're all so helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you.
