Homeland Locksmiths and Security

Homeland Locksmiths and Security draws consistent praise from customers across Wollongong for prompt, solution-focused locksmith work. Several reviewers highlight the speed of response, noting that calls made in the morning were attended to the same day, while emergency callers received quick replies and clear communication before and after the job. Lucas is repeatedly named for his friendly manner and practical advice, whether he is fitting a doorbell camera lock, replacing a broken lock at short notice or helping a household choose new locks after a move.

Reviewers describe him arriving on time, explaining the available lock options and completing installations that were quick, clean and tidy. Pricing is frequently mentioned as reasonable, and the ability to keep existing keys or align screen door locks with front and back doors is valued. One account recalls a family stranded with a caravan on the South Coast being helped after other locksmiths declined the call, with a replacement lock sourced and the door handle fitted the following day. The recurring theme is reliable, no-fuss workmanship and knowledgeable, approachable service from Lucas and the team.

We were travelling up the South Coast in a caravan. We were stuck outside with our kids. I called 4 locksmiths nobody would help. Lucas came as soon as he could to get us back inside. Sourced a new lock & came back the next day to replace the door handle. So professional, efficient and overall great guy!!!

Replaced a broken lock on short notice. Great service, quick and clean installation and affordable. Could not recommend higher. Thank you Lucas!

Amazing locksmith!! Super quick and helpful. Best quote I found within the best time frame. Incredible service and friendly.

Highly recommended! Called in the morning and the work was carried out the same day. Fixed the lock and was able to provide a solution that allowed us to keep the same keys. Also replaced the locks in the screen doors so they also align with both the front and back doors. Very happy.

I cannot recommend Lucas at Homeland Locksmiths & Security enough! I lost my MG car key and called 8 different businesses — all said it was too technical. Lucas handled it with ease, never doubted himself, and got the job done quickly and professionally. Friendly, skilled, and completely reliable. If you need an MG key programmed or replaced, he’s the one to call!

Lucas was super friendly and did a great job. Very happy that we called HLS.

I highly recommend Homeland Locksmiths. They were responsive and maintained great communication for my after hours emergency call. Great customer service and very reasonably priced.
