Extremely nice chap, arrived when he said he would, very friendly, lots of good advice, and very good pricing on both the supply and fit of the lock. I don’t usually leave reviews but Kerry’s service warranted one. He was nothing short of outstanding. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. I am just not used to this type of customer service in Lonnie. Kerry made me feel as if he wanted to fix my lock and change the cylinder in my door. I didn’t feel like I was burden even with him sitting outside in the pouring rain. His price was so reasonable too. I couldn’t fault him at all. I really hope I dont need Kerry’s services in the future but I won’t be scared if I do, thanks heaps!

Five Star service at an affordable price! I contacted Launceston Locksmiths on a Sunday on behalf of my elderly Mum. She had jammed a key in the back door, which was now unusable because the door could not be opened (or the key removed). She was in a panic! The business owner was happy to attend that day, but also offered to attend to it Monday if I preferred, saving me any after hours cost. He phoned on approach on Monday and dealt with the back door issue in no time. He was able to then key the front door and garage all on the same key and then happily supplied a new key to a sliding class door to the patio which Mum had locked and then lost the key for, years ago. All this for a remarkably affordable price. Mum’s on a pension and I am sure that this was taken into account. She is now so pleased to not have to fumble with different keys as she comes and goes.

Kerry came very quickly and went above and beyond to assist me with some locks that needed to be changed. He thought outside the box and found solutions for me. I would highly recommend him.
