Mackay & Whitsunday Locksmiths

Mackay & Whitsunday Locksmiths is repeatedly described by customers as a dependable choice for vehicle and workshop lock work, with reviewers noting that jobs are handled well and priced fairly. Call-outs come through quickly, and the team is said to help at short notice, whether the task is gaining entry to a house or rekeying a workplace after a break-in. Several customers name Ben, Ash, Steven, Wayne and Reece, praising their professionalism, patience and willingness to explain what is being done.

A theme running through the feedback is the speed of key work; one excavator key was cut from a supplied key code and ready within half an hour, and another customer had replacement keys manufactured from a serial number after being told the correct equipment was held. Screen door mechanisms, vehicle locks and emergency entry all feature in accounts, with installers and sales staff described as easy to deal with.

Communication before and after the job is mentioned, including email replies arriving within minutes and advice on the most suitable approach. Reviewers also note that pricing was reasonable and that stressful situations were made less painful by the calm, capable manner of those attending. The result is consistent word-of-mouth praise for both the finished work and the people who carry it out.

Shoutout to Ben, Jeremy and team. Lost the immobilizer thingy out of my key, and wasn't working. They were quick, efficient and provided new ones. Ik where to come, the next time it breaks lol

Bought two solid wood core external doors to find they had $20 locks on them. Thank you Steven and Louis for explaining internal component failure and poor standard of locks on doors. Replaced with best on the market. Thank you guys.

I had to replace the ECM of my 2004 Subaru cause it's failing. And it got the immobilizer lockout. I booked inn to Mackay & Whitsunday Locksmith to program and register my current key to the new ECM. Without any doubt, Ben helped me to program it within 10 minutes. Good work and good price, thanks team.

Both Ben & Ash incredible helpful, They managed to cut a excavator key base off the key code i supplied. Key suit the machine and work perfect. Had the key ready in 30 mins.

I couldn’t praise them high enough. Steven was truly outstanding. He was so professional and happy to explain the process and fix the problem with the lock.
