Mister Minit Mildura Central

Named staff member Peter is frequently singled out for the way he handles jobs at the shop, and the accounts of visits to Mister Minit Mildura Central describe prompt attention on each occasion. Garage remotes that customers could not pair themselves were sorted out quickly, with one shopper noting that Peter came in on his day off to complete the pairing, while others recall spare keys cut and programmed in a professional manner.

Prices that seem reasonable for the work done come up regularly, as does the speed of service, which several reviewers say is measured in minutes rather than days. Shoe and boot repairs feature strongly, including replacement elastics sewn onto two pairs of boots that were returned cleaner than they arrived and heel repairs completed inside a quarter of an hour.

Watch batteries are replaced on the spot, and a point made in several accounts is that no task is treated as too small. Friendliness and a consistently polite manner are woven through the feedback, with customers stating they intend to return for further work. Duplication and engraving sit alongside shoe, watch, trophy and gift services, and the care taken with each item is what reviewers return to.

Quick and reasonably priced

Happy to see Muster Minit to have a watch battery replaced fast and polite service.

Excellent customer service! My boot heals look brand new, job completed within 15 minutes. Thanks for a 10/10 experience !

The short bloke with the glasses is a rude staff member not very friendly or helpful towards customers. You should learn to be friendly, kind and helpful to all customers. Apply good work ethics and a can do attitude. Do not go there

Got my shoes stolen last night not happy

I recently visited Mr Minit and was served by a staff member named Brook. I left the store feeling extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I had called in to enquire about fixing a strap on my handbag. From the outset, Brook was dismissive & gave the impression that I was an inconvenience. His tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude, and instead of clearly stating whether the repair was possible or not, he made me feel as though my request was a burden. If the repair was outside the scope of what the store could offer, a simple and polite explanation would have sufficed. Instead, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point where even though he agreed to do the repair, I instead decided not to leave my bag with him and walked away from the store. Unfortunately, this experience has left such a negative impression that I will not be returning to Mr Minit again

Awesome service Fast and well priced If you need anything I recommend you us this business
