I strongly regret using this business. The first time I came here to have my ignition lock cylinder repaired, they installed a faulty part. After only a day or two of use, the problem appeared again, so I drove back to the shop and asked them to inspect it. They looked at the issue and told me there was “nothing wrong” with the part. They then told me to take the car back to the manufacturer/dealer to have it checked. Seriously? If I have to take the car somewhere else to diagnose the problem, then what exactly did I pay this business nearly $900 for? Eventually, they replaced the part again. I have now used it for almost nine months, and the exact same fault has returned. I went back to the shop again, only to be told that the warranty was apparently only six months. Even worse, after looking at the exact same fault, they once again told me that there was “nothing wrong” with the part. You have got to be kidding me. I paid almost $900 for this repair and expected a reliable repair and a properly functioning part. Instead, I have had to deal with the same issue repeatedly and spend my own time going back and forth to the shop. What frustrates me the most is that the business advertises a warranty, but the warranty period was not clearly explained to me at the time of the repair. I only found out about the six-month warranty when I returned with the problem almost nine months later. To anyone considering using this business: PLEASE ASK EXACTLY HOW LONG THE WARRANTY IS AND WHAT IT COVERS BEFORE YOU PAY.

Just had two Procare guys come out to my house to fix a tricky door situation on a Saturday night, after 8.30pm! They were cheery, helpful and importantly solved the issue in two minutes flat. Worth the callout fee if you're stuck, stressed and don"t want to smash a window to get into a bedroom. Thanks gents.

I only had one key for my car and it didn’t even have a remote for the central locking. I came in without an appointment, and within 1 hour they made me a quality flip key with integrated central locking remote definitely not some cheap key. Big thanks to the professionals who welcomed me and sorted everything out so quickly! I highly recommend them, and the price was fair too.

Guys ordered in a new Renault casing for mm ignition key, then made the 2 old keys into 1. Basically I got 3 keys now. They lubed the ignition barrel and all for under $95. Well done👍

We had an issue when we were away from home and my daughter couldn't get in to the house to feed the dog thanks to the bunnings key not working. The other locksmith in Bunbury were very terse on the phone and had no one free, especially being late on a Friday afternoon. The lady from procare was incredibly friendly and professional, and within a few minutes had a locksmith on his way to save the day. The locksmith himself was a really polite and friendly young man who instantly put my daughter at ease and got the job done. The price was what you'd expect, reasonable for the service alone, and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys

Ryan did an excellent job of changing & adding new locks to my home. My house is old & the doors are also old but he was able to fit & adapt things so that I now have a secure home!
