I had an AKL (All Keys Lost) situation with my MK7 Golf, which is no easy job to code, but Curtis handled it like a pro and had everything sorted in no time at all. He was professional, polite, and clearly knows his craft—easily the best in the business. While waiting for some software to come through, he even managed to cut and program a spare key for another one of my cars. Talk about going above and beyond. Legend of a bloke and top-tier service. I got Replacement Car Keys to clone my mercedes-benz EIS, I gave them the bad EIS and a good second hand EIS and ask for the information from the bad one to be put on the good one. They tried to repair the bad one using the good one and now I have 2 non usable and unreadable EIS. So now I have to use a hole other ecu, dash, eis and steering lock to get the car running or get someone to fix everything up and clone another EIS.
