Paul’s response was fast & professional. Turned up when he said he would, fixed our lock problem in no time and knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend him for any lock problems.

Paul was very helpful in installing a deadlatch on my front door (FYI, this is a minimum requirement for rentals - yell at your property managers!). He was polite, cheery, communicative and gave excellent guidance. I was expecting the process of getting a deadlatch installed to be a pain, honestly, but it couldn't have been easier. Thanks, Paul!

Paul was prompt to answer my call and come around to fix our front door. He was easily able to diagnose the problem and fix it for us, no fuss at all. Loved how straightforward and easy everything was!

Paul took my telephone call late on Friday evening and accommodated my request swiftly. Carlos then arrived punctually and was courteous and professional in providing services. I would absolutely recommend 24h Melbourne Locksmith.

Paul did a brilliant job. He fixed our door, rekey the locks and created a missing key perfectly. Professional and efficient. Highly recommend his services!

Paul was great. Easy prompt communication. Spoke through all the options. Came on time, fixed front door look without issue. Would recommend.

There appear to be a heap of scammers in this field but these guys are definitely not. Paul got me out of a jam, he was very informative and persistent with the lock on my car. I would refer them to anyone who needs locksmith services.
