Li Pan from A to Z Locksmiths replaced a door lock for me today in Portarlington. Great service, arrived exactly at the time booked, great service and great value. Highly recommend and will be using Li for any lock and key requirements going forward. Thanks Li
Lee from A to Z Locksmith was fantastic. He made the whole process completely stress-free from start to finish. We weren't home when the work needed to be done, but that wasn't an issue at all. Lee took care of everything without any fuss, communicated clearly throughout, and even sent videos afterwards to show that everything was working perfectly. That gave us real peace of mind. He also completed the job as quickly as he could, which we really appreciated. Professional, reliable, trustworthy and easy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee and A to Z Locksmith to anyone needing a locksmith.
Li was fantastic, I needed a broken key removed from my lock and attended the next day with no fuss. Previously installed a lock for us with very professional job. Highly recommended.
Absolutely stoked with the service from Lee at A to Z Locksmiths. Needed the job sorted quickly and Lee was onto it straight away, super responsive, turned up when he said he would and had everything sorted in no time. Great bloke, easy to deal with, honest pricing and genuinely good value for money. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. 12/10 service from start to finish!
Li at A-Z Locksmiths is wonderful! Li was prompt in reply to my initial request, he followed up immediately with a site visit and then a quote. He ordered parts and kept me informed about when the parts would be delivered and then came and completed excellent work. I had previously received a quote from one of the big Geelong locksmith companies for exactly the same work. I was quoted $1700, Li' s bill came to $550. Hard to believe but true. 2 things 1. Look carefully at the cost of materials on quotes from big Geelong locksmith companies and check the costs of materials on google and 2. Employ Li at A-Z locksmiths if you want excellent work and engagement that is prompt, courteous and respectful at a reasonable cost Wendy Harding. St Albans Park
