ATG LOCKSMITHS

Called out as I was locked out of the house and needed to get the front door unlocked. Jake came within 30 minutes of call out, very friendly, highly recommended.

I locked myself out of my house at 1:30am because I wanted mcdonalds. I tried to climb in through my toilet window. It did not work, so I called ATG. They said they'd be here in 20, came in 10 and unlocked my door all while chatting to us and being super kind and casual. Thankyou, now I'm going to get mcdonalds WITH my keys this time! - A happy customer who is no longer cold, thankyou kind sir :)

After reaching out to several different locksmiths in the area, Jake was the one to respond. I was moving into my new home (December) and wanted the locks changed, he was friendly, prompt and was able to change the locks of all my doors. He even reprogramed my garage remote for me. Such a blessing, arrived at 3am and basically spent more than 24 hours straight helping fix my car. By far the best locksmith/auto-electrician I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, going above and beyond with the service and great attention to detail making sure he does the perfect job. Jake and his team were amazing - they came to help us get back into the car on a Friday evening after a friend locked his keys and the dog in the car by accident. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. Overall an amazing result as he came quickly and prevented a long trip back to Melbourne to get the spare key and an unwell dog and was very well priced even though he could have charged so much more given the urgency of the situation.
