ATG LOCKSMITHS

Reliability and punctuality are the qualities that come up most in feedback on this Geelong locksmith, with Jake the name that appears throughout. Reviewers describe him answering calls promptly, giving a quote without delay and reaching the door faster than expected, including a late-night lockout where he arrived well ahead of the time he had given.

Jobs reported cover emergency lockouts, rekeying, changing the locks on every door of a house, smart lock installation and reprogramming a garage remote, plus a car boot lockout and a public holiday call that others had turned down. A recurring point is that the pricing quoted struck customers as fair for the work done, and one notes that no shortcuts were taken, which gave a better result.

His manner attracts consistent comment too: friendly, calm, professional and patient with people who are locked out or unsure which lock to buy. Several describe him bringing a range of lock options to choose from and sourcing a part when a customer could not get to the shop. The advice offered before and after each job is called clear and unhurried, and customers remark that he left the site tidy. His integrity and willingness to help at awkward hours are singled out.

Called out as I was locked out of the house and needed to get the front door unlocked. Jake came within 30 minutes of call out, very friendly, highly recommended.

I locked myself out of my house at 1:30am because I wanted mcdonalds. I tried to climb in through my toilet window. It did not work, so I called ATG. They said they'd be here in 20, came in 10 and unlocked my door all while chatting to us and being super kind and casual. Thankyou, now I'm going to get mcdonalds WITH my keys this time! - A happy customer who is no longer cold, thankyou kind sir :)

Thank you, Jake, for driving all the way out to Lorne in the middle of the night. You have very reasonable prices and gave fantastic service. You are so very appreciated :)

After reaching out to several different locksmiths in the area, Jake was the one to respond. I was moving into my new home (December) and wanted the locks changed, he was friendly, prompt and was able to change the locks of all my doors. He even reprogramed my garage remote for me. I would highly recommend Jake. Thanks

Such a blessing, arrived at 3am and basically spent more than 24 hours straight helping fix my car. By far the best locksmith/auto-electrician I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, going above and beyond with the service and great attention to detail making sure he does the perfect job. Such friendly and genuine guy as well, thanks so much Jake I’m glad I broke down in Anglesea instead of Melbourne! 🤣

Quick response. Arrived on time. Speedy fix of the problem. Very happy customer. Thank you.

Jake and his team were amazing - they came to help us get back into the car on a Friday evening after a friend locked his keys and the dog in the car by accident. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. Overall an amazing result as he came quickly and prevented a long trip back to Melbourne to get the spare key and an unwell dog and was very well priced even though he could have charged so much more given the urgency of the situation. Thanks Jake!
