Armstrong Locksmiths Ballarat

Emergency lockouts, car key replacement and safe enquiries are among the jobs Armstrong Locksmiths Ballarat handles, and the feedback from customers centres on the same handful of strengths. Ashley, also referred to as Ash, is named repeatedly for arriving quickly, often within minutes of a call, and for completing car openings, rekeying and key programming on the spot. Customers writing about their orders describe being fitted in at short notice, including late at night and after hours, without any extra charge being asked.

Several accounts note that he explains options clearly over the phone and in person, answers questions about safes and security, and points people towards the right product rather than pushing a sale. Fair, reasonable pricing comes up often, as does the friendly and professional manner of both Ashley and Hannah, who is thanked for her part in a replacement key job. Tidiness and a no-fuss approach are noted, with keys returned and vehicles left ready to drive. The work spans key cutting, lock rekeying and safes, and the recurring theme is helpful advice given before and after the job.

Very nice person obviously knows what hes doing and just gets in and get it done im very happy.

Had a little hiccup at 9:00 last night found Ash and he was able to come do the job asap after hours. And was very professional and was able to get there and have the whole thing done and programmed within 35 mins . Highly Recommend Ash 💪💪

Amazing service for a latenight call out. Got my car open and setup new keys. Stayed around to make sure everything worked. Great service and will recommend to anyone.

Was happy to provide great information over the phone and was friendly and helpful.

As a single woman who is new to the area, I can’t recommend Ash enough! I needed my locks rekeyed ASAP, and he managed to fit me in on the same day without any additional charge, and was so lovely. It’s so great to have a fellow Aussie come out to do the work (instead of a dodgy guy moonlighting as an Uber driver!). I’d give ten stars if I could!

Ash came out to help me with a immobilised car, which turned out to be more than I expected. He was very helpful and stuck it out. Coming back more times than most others would. Got the car working and great at explaining and troubleshooting. Highly recommend.

Without a doubt, I received the best possible service you could ask for. Not only was Ash confident he could help me over the phone, he fixed the security issue on my 2012 Chrysler SRT8 within half an hour of arriving. 10/10 service, genuine bloke & goes above and beyond!
