Maxx Multi Services (Mobile Locksmith)

Mobile call-outs across the Ballarat area account for much of the work described by customers of Maxx Multi Services, particularly for drivers shut out of their vehicles or needing replacement keys. The owner, Max, is named repeatedly and described as friendly, approachable and highly capable, with reviewers noting that he responds quickly and travels to the customer directly after a call. Jobs cited include cutting and programming a new car key at a customer's home, replacing a remote for a Mazda, swapping and testing a key battery in minutes, and supplying a garage door remote with instructions and a guarantee.

Pricing is consistently described as reasonable, affordable and competitive for the work performed. Several accounts mention help sourcing replacement locks for a van after a theft, including phone calls to locate parts, and a faulty purchase replaced with minimal fuss. Repeat business and referrals come up often, as does a willingness to handle tasks other locksmiths had declined. Turnaround speed, practical advice and a calm manner when problems arise are recurring points.

After losing a key, I called Maxx Multi Services for a replacement. The owner was the nicest, most approachable guy, a real pleasure to deal with. He came out the same day, did a perfect job cutting and programming the new car key at my home, and his price was very affordable. Incredible, friendly, and efficient service. Highly recommended!

Max is the best key guy in Ballarat. He comes to you. One time he came and spent 30 minutes trying to fix my problem, and it was my car's fault not his and he didn't even charge me. I've used him at least three times, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Max Multi Services is genuinely the best locksmith experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I called, he was professional, calm, and incredibly reliable. His response time was unbelievably fast, the pricing was more than fair, and the quality of work was flawless. You can tell he actually cares about his customers — the customer service was top-tier, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted perfectly. Honestly, he was a blessing in a stressful moment, and I’m truly grateful I called him. I couldn’t recommend Max Multi Services more. If you need a locksmith, this is the guy you call.
