Advice on products and options is a recurring theme, with clients saying they were guided towards what suited their needs rather than being pushed towards costlier choices. Prompt quoting, punctual arrival and a tidy worksite feature in several accounts, including thoughtfulness towards pets during installation. The work described covers custom-made security doors, double front and single back doors, sliding screen doors and security screens, with Prowler Proof referenced by name. Satisfied customers tie their experience back to the same two people, whose care and communication underpin the praise.

Richard installed a double front doors and single back door on my period home. The quality is high, and the attention to detail in the installation greatly appreciated. They gave great advice on how to make the doors work in harmony with the look of the house. There may be cheaper options but I have no regrets. These are doors that will probably outlast me!

Helpful advice, prompt service and excellent workmanship. I am very happy with the finished job both in quality and appearance and Richard quite literally went the extra mile.

We recently had a security door and sliding screen doors installed by Ballarat Security Doors. They were professional ... promptly quoted, arrived on time, were mindful of our escape artist pets during installation and did not leave a mess. The colour matching was perfect and the installed doors were lovely. We were thrilled ... however shortly afterwards in a right royal cockup, our doofus dog got the zoomies and went headfirst through our newly installed sliding screen door. We were impressed with the after market service we received when Richard turned up promptly to repair the damage. Fantastic service from start to finish, cannot recommend them highly enough. PS. The dog got a serious talking to!!

With Ballarat Security Doors I experience top class customer service from my very first enquiry. I can't thank Dani enough for her advice and answers to all my questions and there were a lot! These guys offer a great product, but back it up with their people who go above and beyond.

We highly recommend Ballarat Security Doors. Dani and Richard were friendly, professional and prompt with their service. We had two security screen doors installed (Prowler Proof brand), and are very happy with the high-quality product. The doors look great and blend in with the aesthetic of our home, whilst providing us with a sense of security and reassurance that our home is protected. Thank so much! Sarah and George

Dani & Richard great to deal with for our security back door - about 5 weeks from the time I placed an enquiry to the door being installed - love it, thank you :)
