Was quoted $50 yesterday But today $80 Even he said $35 for door handle in the box, the barrel and pins were already fine to just put in. He just put it inside the handle less than 1 minute. Not reasonable for $45 on top, we could put the barrel in ourselves. And can't trust price and job.

Excellent customer service, had the problem fixed professionally and promptly especially after 2 mobile mechanics didn’t want to do anything. Highly recommended

Several dealings over the last 7 years, this place has lost customer care and service, no communication and they couldn't give a crap.

Phoned up about a car remote that had the unlock button broken and fell out, counter boy said they would have to order one in and then said he would ask the auto locksmith about it. Locksmith gets on the phone, I explained the problem and he said, ok $205!! I said you will have to order one in and he says no we have them in stock. So I drive for 35 minutes to get there go in give the counter boy the key, he goes out the back and a couple of minutes later comes out and says there has been a miscommunication and it will cost $350 dollars. What was worse than the new quote was the fact that the auto guy couldn’t even be arsed coming out and explaining why he wanted an extra $145 off me. Got my key and walked out. Will never use them again and will tell all my friends in Ballarat to go elsewhere.

Theses guys are great.. Needed a new FOB for the car and they organised a new one. Great on the communication as they couldnt meet our original booking and let us know with plenty of notice. all done now and satisfied totally.
