JB Locksmiths

JB Locksmiths has built a reputation across Ballarat and the surrounding district for responsive mobile locksmith work, particularly in automotive situations. Customers in several reviews describe being stranded with broken or worn car keys, and more than one review highlights how quickly Jarrod or Jared arrived, in one case within ten minutes at the roadside and in another within half an hour of sending photographs of a key from Beaufort. Praise centres on professionalism, reliability and punctuality, with customers noting that problems were sorted without fuss, including a replacement ignition barrel for a van that had been off the road and a key cut to fit a barrel after a previous job had left a door unmatched.

Fair pricing comes up often, one reviewer comparing the cost favourably with a dealership quote for a replacement key. Communication is described as easy and clear, both before and after the job, and Jarrod is named for being friendly, calm and helpful in stressful circumstances. The quality of the finished result, including spare keys and new keys replacing old worn ones, is a recurring theme, as is the mobile service that reaches customers outside the city.
