Australian Locksmiths Adelaide

Vehicle owners and households needing urgent lock work are among those who describe their experiences with this Prospect business. Several customers highlight the speed of response, with one noting that a locksmith arrived well before the expected time when multiple locks required changing. Reviewers repeatedly mention the friendly and professional manner of staff, particularly Ben and Robert, who explained problems clearly, offered options without pressure, and completed tasks such as replacing a door handle, fitting a closer, servicing and installing locks, and re-keying.

Key cutting and car key programming also feature, with one customer praising the timely completion and competitive price for a programmed key, and another noting that incompatible remote keys were assessed without charge. A battery change in a car fob was handled quickly, with the staff member taking time to explain how to enter the vehicle if the battery failed again. Customers often remark on fair pricing, sometimes lower than quoted, and on the tidiness of the work, with one mentioning that the locksmith cleaned up afterwards. Honest recommendations and a lack of hard selling come up in feedback, as does the helpfulness of staff when inspecting a vehicle for a remote key.

Excellent Service. Fair price.

Installed a smart lock this morning. Excellent customer service throughout and the technician was very passionate about his job and trust the expertise provided. Very happy with my new toy. Thank you again!

Great friendly Service, very helpful and I will be back..Our problem was fixed very Quickly

Needed replacement keys, (of course), so called here for first time. Talk about being impressed. Robert was the one who attended to my request, then did so smartly and to my satisfaction. Explained certain things regarding the 'new' keys, which I found absolutely correct. I would have no hesitation in recommending this business at Prospect to whomever would like to be treated in such a positive and sincere manner. Thank you for the assistance. Definitely would avail myself of your services should a need arise in the future.

Friendly service. $15 to change battery in my car fob. They even took the time to explain to me how to get into car if the battery runs out again as my car has no visible key slot. Great local business.... will be back!

The service Ben offered was excellent. He was punctual and informative and his quote arrived quickly. He kept me informed and I was impressed that he was the one who did the quoting as well as the installing. Thanks Ben
