Over an hour to get 3x keys cut. Understaffed, inefficient operation. Walk in customers getting served by the staff doing the key cutting is ridiculous. Having to answer phones, give quotes, answer enquiries, etc while trying to do the key cutting work is not efficient operation. Owners need to employ a front counter assistant while trades staff do they work.

.. very rude & dismissive of my issue .. had spoken to workshop staff on 2 occasions last week (prior to my arrival) about all the details of the van, the locks, the model .. & today i was rudely dismissed by a guy who was busy, irritable & had had way too much caffeine .. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE RSOLES TO ANYONE .. 😡

Cannot praise the service we received from Border Locksmiths more. We were in a difficult situation. Locked out in bad weather and dinner cooking on the stove inside. Boarder were here so fast. Quickly determined the stuck door was salt damaged and found another access. Very professional and calming manner! THANKYOU!!!

Jack was awesome !! Unit door lock broke and I wasn’t able to get into my unit late on Easter Sunday. Great service, would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

Matthew and Ruben came to change my locks and also helped with the sliding door rollers. They were friendly, meticulous and the service was excellent. Will stick with these guys if any future issues come up. It is hard to find people who take their craft so seriously- 5 stars!
