Locktight Security Locksmiths

Property managers and private vehicle owners appear among the accounts left for this Gold Coast locksmith, and a recurring theme is the breadth of work handled without fuss. More than one customer describes emergency call-outs resolved quickly, with jobs ranging from a deadbolt fitted to a bedroom door through to car key inserts cut on the spot and a jammed vehicle lock restored to smooth operation. Reviews time and again mention that keys are tested before handover, that new barrels and gate locks are left working seamlessly, and that caravan and vehicle keys are duplicated accurately.

Pricing is characterised as fair and clearly explained, with advice offered freely about getting worn locks back into service rather than pushing unnecessary replacements. Kay in the office is named for prompt, communicative replies, and the wider team is described as punctual, honest and proactive, including one instance where a temporary fix was talked through instead of an after-hours call-out. Work is generally completed on the first visit, staff explain what they are doing before starting, and the consistent impression is of a knowledgeable, reliable operation that handles both automotive and residential security work.

From start to finish, dealing with Locktight Security was a breeze. They offer extremely competitive prices - the quote that Joe gave me was almost half the price of his competitors! I was so happy that I was able to book the service in within a business day of calling. When Joe arrived, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job, cleaned up well and we are very very pleased with his work. We will be calling on Locktight Security should we need any more assistance with our locks.
