We had an excellent experience with Buffalo Lockes installing the intercom system at our service. Paul and the two technicians who worked alongside him were outstanding throughout the entire process. They were punctual, well-organised, professional, and highly cooperative. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently as a team, and completed the installation to a very high standard. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Paul and the Buffalo Locks team for their excellent service and professionalism. Ben arrived onetime, was very polite and helpful. He installed spare parts in the defective lock which was done in a very professional manner with patience and difficulty due to the complexity of the digital lock. I would certainly use Buffalo Locksmith again when needed
Thanks for a good quick service. My only complaint is your location at Thornleigh has almost no parking facilities for customers with all street parking being taken by rail commuters.
Fantastic service, quick easy digital booking, quick response and callback, Paul was very friendly and prices seemed reasonable. If i ever need a locksmith in Sydney again i will be coming back.
On day of installation he arrived a tad early and installed the new lock and cut keys to our total satisfaction. Can only recommend them.
