Lies lies lies, that's all I got from these guys, wasted my time, one can only wonder what sort of after sales service you can expect when you are treated so poorly before a purchase, don't believe anything they say. Response ( 2nd try, who deleted my review) As I said lies lies, the TRUTH, not a communication issue, you did not want to provide a written warranty, buyers beware of online companies who hide behind a screen and do not back up their products with a written warranty and freight charges if problems arise. Sorry talk is cheap, back it up in writing.
