Buy A Safe

Buyers who arrive with little idea of which unit fits their needs are a recurring presence in the accounts, and the guidance offered before purchase is what those accounts return to most. Staff are described as setting out the options plainly, and Joe earns repeated thanks by name for advice that at times trimmed a sale in favour of a better match, a point several reviewers single out as evidence of a business that looks after its customers. Movement of the goods draws similar praise: scheduling is handled quickly, a call comes through shortly before the truck appears, and a tail-lift is noted for making a heavy consignment easier to place.

Fitting after the sale is called swift and professional. For one buyer in Cairns, support outside standard trading hours was decisive in getting a cafe trading again, with Charlie and the team thanked for picking up early. Specific items named across the accounts include a compact Chubb safe and a Director-series model supplied with a site-to-site arrangement, while the transaction itself is consistently characterised as uncomplicated from order through to handover.

Buy a safe are the best place to buy your safe. I bought a Chubb mini safe from melbourne and found Joe was very helpful in his assistance and good price not to mention prompt delivery. I will buy another safe from them Cheers buy a safe. James Mendes

Joe was extremely helpful and professional with guiding me to the most suitable safe for my needs, he was also able to accomodate a really fast turnaround when i had a tight timeframe. Highly reccomended.

Joe gave frank and honest advice on best way to organise a safe and install. The advise was something that meant reducing his sales but was better for us as the customer. Great when businesses like this look out for their customers and are great to deal with. Will be sourcing all our needs through this team in future.

We went to Buy A Safe with limited knowledge about which safe would be best for us. We had an excellent experience with the staff explaining our options honestly. The installation after purchase was quick and very professional. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a safe from BuyASafe. and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience—especially working with Joe. From the very first interaction, Joe stood out as an incredibly trustworthy and knowledgeable professional. He took the time to walk me through every detail, explaining the different types of safes, their features, and what would best suit my needs. His depth of knowledge in the world of safes is second to none, and it was clear he genuinely cares about helping customers make informed, confident decisions—not just making a sale. Joe was patient, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never pressured me. That level of integrity and customer focus is rare and so appreciated. I walked away with a high-quality safe and total peace of mind, knowing I made the right choice thanks to Joe and BuyASafe. If you’re in the market for a safe, I 100% recommend reaching out to Joe and the team at BuyASafe. You’ll be in excellent hands and always kept in the loop throughout the process. Once again thank you very much Joe and team

Great after hours support. I am in Cairns and the support was efficient and professional. Didnt think anyone was going to pick up at 6:30am. It allowed us to get the cafe operational. Thanks Charlie and the team.

Lies lies lies, that's all I got from these guys, wasted my time, one can only wonder what sort of after sales service you can expect when you are treated so poorly before a purchase, don't believe anything they say. Response ( 2nd try, who deleted my review) As I said lies lies, the TRUTH, not a communication issue, you did not want to provide a written warranty, buyers beware of online companies who hide behind a screen and do not back up their products with a written warranty and freight charges if problems arise. Sorry talk is cheap, back it up in writing.
