Guardall Safes

I recently had a keypad problem with my Guardall FP2 safe, I contacted the locksmith from whom I bought the safe and they forwarded my email to Guardall. Guardall responded within 30 minutes asking for serial number of keypad. Even though I had sorted the problem by then, Guardall rang to suggest that they should replace the keypad, just in case and arranged a time on the next working day. They duly arrived on time, changed the keypad and informed me that it would have a further two-year warranty. I found the proactive approach to replace a iffy component on a product nearing its warranty expiry very refreshing, with excellent, unexpected, responsivness from Chloe in the Sydney office. I feel that my original research to chose a Guardall product was more than justified. Very happy to recommend this suppier and their network of locksmith sales agents.
This company does an poor job of presenting its products. As of the time of writing, their website and PDFs lack details of internal dimensions, thickness of metal and any internal photos showing layout, cushioning or shelving. For their fire arms safes they have incorrect category suitability per state. This means they don't understand what customers look for nor the competitive landscape. Don't fall for the old "call us for information" - it's lazy way to drive a "FUD" sale.
Post sales service was prompt, personable and exceeded expectations.

Great company to deal with, excellent service, and high product knowledge. We bought pharmacy safes for our stores nationwide and a high quality home safe. Highly recommend this company!
