No words to express my gratitude. Thank you, Matt for your 10 out of 10 customer service. Your kindness and help with my roller door remote went far beyond any words that can be expressed. So wonderful to discover good old fashion service being extended in such a kind and courteous way. Highly recommend Century Locksmiths, Toowoomba. Came in frantic because the combination lock on my suitcase wasn’t working and I had to catch a bus to the airport in 2 hours… they opened it for me in ~5 minutes, and I am very very grateful! Very pleasant people too!

I reached out to Century Locksmiths as an account customer of mine had their carers & patients locked out due to an electrical fault. Century Locksmiths made the effort to be there for those locked out within 45 minutes of my initial call (3.45pm) Amy, Matt & Brent got this job sorted. With a breeze. Highly recommend this company and their staff and have already saved their details for future sub-contracting in the great city of Toowoomba.
Awesome service, did what I need straight away.
On top of that, his behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. We expected basic customer service and respect, but unfortunately, we did not receive either. I would not recommend this 👎locksmith to anyone. Very poor service and a bad attitude
