Coffs City Lockmart

Safe installation, biometric lock fitting and door hardware repair recur across accounts of this Coffs Harbour locksmith, with customers describing work that was completed properly and without fuss. Named staff anchor much of the feedback: Angus is repeatedly credited with answering calls personally and attending promptly to door fittings and window winders, while Dale is associated with safe installation, biometric entry hardware and clear communication throughout a job. Vehicle and premises lockouts also feature strongly, including keys retrieved after being shut inside a car and a set left interstate that brought a technician to the property within a couple of hours.

Pricing is described as fair and affordable, with one account noting the charge came in lower than a competitor's earlier figure. Several reviewers highlight professionalism, care and steady updates, particularly where arrangements were made from another state on behalf of an elderly parent. Repeat clients entrust the team with their homes, cars and investment properties, citing reliability and a well-rounded service. Communication before and after the work is a point that comes up often, as is the friendly manner of those handling the job.

Great service. Helpful

After very poor service from another well known locksmith these guys were a breath of fresh air to deal with!

Great local service.

Amazing ! Friendly, professional, prompt and well-priced

If I could give Dale a 9 out of 5, I would. He did a great job installing the safe and fitting a biometric lock on a door. Great communication as well. Highly recommend using this company

After I left my keys in QLD, I rang these guys and they were here in 2 hours. Friendly service and very affordable compared to another business I had called first.

Angus was fantastic. Communication was great coordinating an appointment arrived on time worked quickly and vacuumed up after drilling. Gave great advice. Would absolutely recommend this service.
