I took a cup in to be engraved and came back to pick it up and they put in an extra detail I had requested but didn’t get in the end. The cup looks amazing! And the service was fantastic

Levi from Coffs Park Beach Plaza store ❤️ What an angel 😇 Arrived at Car after shopping and it just wouldn’t start (not battery, I knew) left my 88yo Mother at home with a fractured hip 😬 so time critical - I went to MM (Levi) 🙏🏻 and asked what should I do? He absolutely saved my life - read a new Immobiliser for a brand new key - walked me to my Car first to see if it worked - what an amazing person he is and EXCEPTIONAL at his job (I think he likes 👍 it) and just outstanding Customer Service - thank you ever so much Levi xx you’re the best!!! PS: It did work 😍 do yourself a favour and go if you have any issue with your Car Key 👌

I had the best service, experience and knowledge with the help from Levi, He was Super helpful in regards to car keys, My issue at the time, and working after 3pm on a Sunday absolute legend. I recommend going down to see the blokes at Master Minit Park beach, genuine service with a great happy smile.

The battery on my gate remote control was starting to fade so I took it to be replaced at Mr Minit Park Beach Plaza soon after he opened at 9am. I was told it would cost $24.95 and said to leave it with him for 10-15 minutes?????? No other customers to be seen, as he had just opened. Anyway, I sat down about 5 meters from his booth (within sight and hearing of him) for about 30 minutes waiting. I eventually grew tired of waiting for him to give me a nod, or a gesture of some sort, to indicate it was done (he wasn’t busy at all). I approached him and he handed me back my remote control and told me “it’s broken and won’t work. Somehow the wire has come off the board inside it, and it won’t work”. I informed him that the remote worked fine before I gave it to him, just that the battery was fading. He said, “Well you must have just been lucky that the broken wire was still contacting, but it’s not any more, and we don’t do micro soldering here.” I asked him if he knew who did those type of repairs and he said, “wouldn’t have a clue mate”. So I took the remote home, found my precision screwdriver set and opened up the remote myself. To my surprise the battery was now missing, and I saw that THERE ARE NO WIRES for this type of remote!!!! Nothing was “broken”. He was clearly LYING through his teeth about the broken wire 🤥 !! He is either lazy, incompetent, or simply didn’t stock the battery it required (but why make up such a BS story ???). Anyway, I have since replaced the battery myself (which in hindsight I should have done in the first place), and the gate operates like new now. Thank you (NOT) Mr Minit Park Beach plaza! If you can lie to my face so convincingly over a simple battery replacement, then who knows what you’ve been telling other customers???? I would strongly recommend anyone steer clear of this particular Mr Minit, as he cannot be trusted in my view. I will NEVER take anything else there in the future. Very disappointed Mr Minit. (And don’t bother giving it your spin in the reply section, you’ve lost credibility with me!) In reply to your “spin” on this review (below) - pathetic! I expected as much! Obviously the “customer is always right” moto doesn’t apply to Mr Minit. Another customer lost. Oh, and by the way, bought a quality Duracell 2-pack of the remote control batteries for just $8 at Coles. Took me one minute to replace in my remote, (now with a spare for later) and saved myself paying $25 at Mr Minit - what a rip off Mr Minit.

I got a key cut and a bracelet engraved. My key was cut wrong! Waste of money, doesn’t work. I wanted 3 capital letters on my bracelet, they did one and two lower case… not sure why it’s so hard. Think his name was Levi. Basically charged to be disappointed.

I was supposed to put up a review ages ago about the amazing service I received but unfortunately forgot I would like to say that amri and ty were awesome!! They really helped me out with a problem I had were the lighter I planned on getting was sold so they engraved one to look just like it Working in retail can be hard especially when problems like that can happen but the fact they were so willing to help made my day Thank you guys
