Couldn’t get my car to start with my old key and was stranded. Gave this team a call at 9pm, they organised a locksmith to my location. They arrived within 20 minutes and created a new key to replace my worn out ones. I initially called a few other locksmiths in the South Yarra area but none picked up despite advertising after hours services. I was in a really tough situation and from the first point of contact he was calm, professional, and genuinely helpful when no one else I called was. Couldn’t turn car keys in the ignition. Called a few other “emergency” locksmith services before that took forever to get back to me or didn’t at all. Called First Locksmith, they asked for location and issue, told me they could be on the site in 30 min. I accepted, and the locksmith was on the way straight away.
