First Locksmith Melbourne

Fair, transparent pricing paired with a swift arrival time is the strongest thread running through feedback for First Locksmith Melbourne. Several accounts describe being locked out of a vehicle or unable to start it with a worn key, often late at night, and reaching the team for help; a locksmith is then dispatched and reaches the car where it is parked, frequently within roughly twenty minutes. Spare key cutting and full car key replacement come up again and again, with makes such as Mazda named, and several customers note that the figure quoted was reasonable and that a discount was offered unprompted.

Communication is another recurring point, including the option of emailing photos of a lock beforehand so a price can be settled in advance. Staff members Edi, Gili, Dan, Brady and Idan are each singled out for arriving on schedule, explaining the work calmly, completing it without damaging the vehicle or door, and leaving no mess behind. Honest on-site assessment and no pressure to go ahead are mentioned too, with vehicle entry, spare key production and home lockouts forming the bulk of the work described.

The best company I’ve ever deal with. Easy going and fair price. They came help me after hours and and very ways to communicate with.

I highly recommend this service. I recently got my Mazda 3 key replaced by him on a Sunday, and trust me the price was very reasonable. He’s a super friendly and professional guy. Really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend him.

Couldn’t get my car to start with my old key and was stranded. Gave this team a call at 9pm, they organised a locksmith to my location. They arrived within 20 minutes and created a new key to replace my worn out ones. I initially called a few other locksmiths in the South Yarra area but none picked up despite advertising after hours services. I highly recommend the First Locksmith team, they were easy to reach, punctual and the cost for replacement was very good value. Thanks again!

I kept putting off getting a spare car key made until I finally lost the only one I had. Lesson learned. They came out, handled everything where the car was parked and had me driving again sooner than I expected. Should have done it earlier.

Dan was excellent gave an amazing discount on Spare cut key and was fast with his job. 100% recommend

I can’t recommend this locksmith highly enough if you loose your car keys. I was in a really tough situation and from the first point of contact he was calm, professional, and genuinely helpful when no one else I called was. He went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure the job was done properly and at a reasonable price. He successfully cloned a new key for me when I thought I was completely stuck and no other locksmith were available. he was reliable, and honest. Edward takes real pride in his work and cares about his customers. If you’re looking for a locksmith you can actually trust, these guys are the best! I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to anyone in future! Well done guys much appreciated

Couldn’t turn car keys in the ignition. Called a few other “emergency” locksmith services before that took forever to get back to me or didn’t at all. Called First Locksmith, they asked for location and issue, told me they could be on the site in 30 min. I accepted, and the locksmith was on the way straight away. He arrived on time, checked the problem, provided a quote for changing the lock, and fixed it on the spot within an hour. Thank you for the great service - wish I had called you first!
