Fort Knox Locksmiths

Professionalism and reliability run through the accounts of work carried out around Caloundra, with tradespeople described as knowledgeable, approachable and consistently getting the job right the first time. Repeat clients include resort and apartment complex managers whose access systems and locks have been serviced over many years, and several buyers describe how quickly problems were resolved after a break-in or a car lockout. One thing mentioned again and again is the advice given before and during the job, with staff taking time to explain how newly fitted hardware works and why a particular solution suits the property.

Named team members including Chris, Horst, Jason and Shea are singled out for courteous, patient service, and the showroom visit is mentioned as a straightforward way to compare options. Work described in the feedback covers deadlocks, electronic digital entrance locks with wifi, safes and full replacement of an ageing apartment access system, alongside keying and rekeying after security incidents. Reviewers repeatedly note fair pricing, clear communication and tidy, careful installation, adding that the team remains calm and helpful when an urgent call comes in shortly before an event. The recurring theme is dependable workmanship and honest guidance at short notice.

Wonderful service friendly reasonable price and understanding re keying our house after a break in highly recommended. Thank you

We recently purchased a new spec house in Buderim and needed a few items in the house to get it the way we wanted it. We visited Chris in the showroom and he was extremely obliging. He very quickly had Horst, their excellent serviceman install a deadlock, state of the art electronic digital entrance door lock with wifi and an extremely secure safe. We were delighted with the service from this company and thoroughly recommend their services.

The guys know their stuff and got me out of a sticky situation. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding service (as usual) from Jason and Shea.

I could not possibly rate these guys higher! My husband is a wedding DJ and we had a truly awful situation during unpacking for an event; where the keys have gotten locked inside the car together with 3/4 of the sound equipment, only an hour out from the start of a wedding! With a modern 2022 make car we weren’t even sure how this was possible. I made a call to Fort Knox Caloundra and genuinely could not be more impressed by the response and service we received! They took the details so quickly and were onsite within 35 mins and had the car unlocked only a few after that. Solely because of their amazing response we were able to get the sound on, on time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Absolute legends these locksmiths. Do yourself a favour and go straight to the pros. There is a reason we still have locksmiths and their service is first class. Great advice and good pricing. We are lucky to have such a great business serving our community. Skip Bunnings and go to the professionals.
