We recently purchased a new spec house in Buderim and needed a few items in the house to get it the way we wanted it. We visited Chris in the showroom and he was extremely obliging. He very quickly had Horst, their excellent serviceman install a deadlock, state of the art electronic digital entrance door lock with wifi and an extremely secure safe. We were delighted with the service from this company and thoroughly recommend their services.

The guys know their stuff and got me out of a sticky situation. Would highly recommend.

I could not possibly rate these guys higher! My husband is a wedding DJ and we had a truly awful situation during unpacking for an event; where the keys have gotten locked inside the car together with 3/4 of the sound equipment, only an hour out from the start of a wedding! With a modern 2022 make car we weren’t even sure how this was possible. I made a call to Fort Knox Caloundra and genuinely could not be more impressed by the response and service we received! They took the details so quickly and were onsite within 35 mins and had the car unlocked only a few after that. Solely because of their amazing response we were able to get the sound on, on time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Fort Knox Caloundra store are tuely amazing. Chris, Mason & esp Jude are true professionals in their field. Very knowledgeable, well priced suiting all budgets & very accomodating. They are passionate about secuirty, know their stuff & all provide awesome service with a smile. They go above & beyond. Jude came to my rescue very quickly when I got locked out. I turned a very trying situation into extended services such as requiring addtional keys, safe etc with no hard sell at all from the company. Just good old fashioned service, advice & honesty.
